Martial arts, including kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ), provide incredible aerobic benefits. While they are considered most commonly for personal protection and safety. With it being recommended that children from the age of two should begin with an hour of daily physical activity, there is much to be said for the regular schedule that martial arts like kickboxing could develop.

There is a great American focus today on physical fitness and overall wellness that can be gained from regular physical activity.
